Meditate Acne Away


Eek – I hear you shriek – who in the name of goodness wants to meditate?   Do you go to Church? Do you pray? This is in fact a form of meditation. When we turn our thoughts inwardly we gain a peace and understanding of things far deeper than what we experience in the outside world.  If your world includes teenage acne – and how to get rid of zits, how to get rid of pimples then turning to meditation may be the answer.

we talked about exercise as a means to reduce acne.  Meditation is another method – as it decreases our stress levels. 

It’s sometimes difficult to understand the rules of meditation and it is so easy for our minds to be distracted during the process of meditation.  You are already stressed, because you look in the mirror and you see another zit – or you have just used one of those tools for popping zits and are turning yourself inside out wondering if this will ever end.

Meditation is wonderful and when practised with discipline will expand your horizons, improve your life, make you stronger (mentally),  and reduce your stress.

Remember stress increases bouts of acne and skin problems – so reduce your stress and you are creating a recipe for good.

The easiest way – and I mean this, is to invest in some tracks around acne and meditation.  These tracks or tapes are based around visualisation, breathing and specifically related to your health and general well-being.
